I've worked putting educational videos together for a university. Can't believe the background noise on this one. Thump thump thump of people walking, digging loudly into an ice machine, open window for sirens, people talking in the background, and even slamming doors. This woman handled all of it like a pro, but it's not something you should hear on a video like this.

I was told I was too old to have surgery and nothing could be done. I'm in my 40's and didn't know I had scoliosis. Until 4 years ago. When an X-ray tech showed me the X-ray. Now I'm in severe pain and on permanent disability. But in saying that. Wearing a back brace helps, tucking a pillow under my back helps, and using KT tape also has helped. I'm exercising not intensely. Just moving my body and figuring out what exercises will be beneficial. But sometimes I have to give in and take Motrin or something stronger. Sometimes I have a good day. Then out of nowhere, a flareup. If I can't manage the pain. Then back to the Physical Medicine Doctor, I go.☹️

I never knew what shock truama meant or was exactly until I had to go myself and experience and now I see it’s not a game! I still haven’t been able to sleep right since I made it thru my situation and had surgery! Longest I can sleep is about 30 mins before I get right back up! Granted I’m still recovering from my surgery but I still feel like I’m in there at the hospital sometimes or in disbelief that it actually happened

My ENT Dr. encouraged me to see a neurologist from UMMC and tried to contcat this medical facility 4 times and faxed my medical records to visit a neurologist, unfortunately the front desk/admin is out of reality touch to accept new patient and every time I called they said it take 2 weeks to review the medical records and we will get in touch with you? it has been 4 months and my ENT Dr who had a good perception of UMMC has questioned their ability to run the facility and accept patients? Hope someone in this facility take responsibility and look into admin fail responsibilities to allow and pass medical records to appropriate Dr for an appointment?
